Registration & Payment Procedures
Camp Regesh accepts eCheck, QuickPay / Zelle, and Credit Card payments. Credit card fees will apply to End of Summer Promo and Early Bird Special. MasterCard and Amex pay-ments will incur a 3.5% fee and Visa payments will incur a 3% fee.
All promos are contingent upon the submission of medical forms by November 16th.
End of Summer Promo and Early Bird Special cannot be combined.
Camp registration closes when we have reached our camper capacity.
Camp registration, even when reducing weeks, is a 3-week minimum.
All applications must include a non-refundable deposit of $400/child.
Changes in schedule of registered weeks after April 15, 2027, if available, will incur a $25 change fee. All changes to weeks must be submitted by the Wednesday prior to the adjusted week.
Promo discounts are not applicable to extended weeks once promo has expired.
All funds minus deposit are refundable until April 15, 2027.
Cancellations or reduction of registered weeks after April 15, 2027 and before June 1, 2027 are subject to a 50% refund rate of all applicable fees and are payable after November 15, 2027.
Cancellations or reduction of registered weeks after June 1, 2027 are non‑refundable.
Camper registration weeks are Monday—Friday.
Camp registrations / weeks are not transferable to siblings or other families. Credit cannot be issued for days missed or days closed regardless of circumstance.
