Registration & Payment Procedures
Camp Regesh accepts eChecks, QuickPay / Zelle, Visa, Mastercard and AmEx. Credit card payments will incur a 3.5% credit card fee.
End of Summer Promo, Group Rates, and Early Bird Special cannot be combined.
Registrations after January 10, 2024 must include a non-refundable deposit of $400/child and a payment plan for half of the balance due dated February 1, 2024 and the remaining balance due dated April 1, 2024.
Changes in schedule of registered weeks after April 15, 2024, if available, will incur a $25 change fee. All changes to weeks must be submitted by the Wednesday prior to the adjusted week.
The first extension after April 15, 2024 will be adjusted to the above discounted multi-week rate. Additional extensions will be charged the published rate for the number of weeks added to the camper’s schedule.
Cancellations or reduction of registered weeks after April 15, 2024 and before June 1, 2024 are subject to a 50% refund rate of all applicable fees and are payable after November 15, 2024.
Cancellations or reduction of registered weeks made after June 1, 2024 are non‑refundable.
Camp registrations / weeks are not transferable to siblings or other families. Credit cannot be issued for days missed or days closed regardless of circumstance.
Returned check fee: $25.
Declined credit card processing fee: $10.
Declined eCheck fee: $10.
