Registration & Payment Procedures
Camp Regesh accepts eChecks, QuickPay / Zelle, Mastercard, AmEx and Visa. Credit card fees will apply to End of Summer Promo and Group Discount. MasterCard and Amex payments will incur a 3.5% fee and Visa payments will incur a 3% fee.
End of Summer Promo, Group Discount, and Early Bird Special cannot be combined.
Camp registration closes when we have reached our camper capacity.
Space cannot be guaranteed for applications and/or reductions to less than 4 weeks.
All applications must include a non-refundable deposit of $400/child.
Changes in schedule of registered weeks after April 25, 2026, if available, will incur a $25 change fee. All changes to weeks must be submitted by the Wednesday prior to the adjusted week.
Promo discounts are not applicable to extended weeks once promo has expired.
All funds minus deposit are refundable until April 25, 2026.
Group Discount is subject to its own cancellation and reduced week policy as stated on the group form.
Cancellations or reduction of registered weeks after April 25, 2026 and before June 1, 2026 are subject to a 50% refund rate of all applicable fees and are payable after November 15, 2026.
Cancellations or reduction of registered weeks after June 1, 2026 are non‑refundable.
Camper registration weeks are Monday—Friday.
Camp registrations / weeks are not transferable to siblings or other families. Credit cannot be issued for days missed or days closed regardless of circumstance.
