Reflecting on Rakefet…
This summer with your daughters has been absolutely outstanding, filled with so much laughter and adventure. Let’s start off with our fabulous trips. We had many amazing adventures, but I think the ones that stuck out the most were the trips we took to Ocean Odyssey, Glass Works, Water Tubing and the awesome trip to The Adventure Park at the Discovery Museum. This summer has given us memories we will cherish forever. Color war was awesome! We put in so much effort and had so much fun doing so. Our dance was
superb and blew away the crowd. We had some funny moments. Like when Sarah got stung 7 times, or when we all got stuck in the changing room because of a massive thunderstorm. Our glow in the dark party was such a blast! Our teeth were all illuminated! And who can forget “It never rains in Camp Regesh, IT ONLY POURS”, but that absolutely never stopped us from having our acrobatic show, or our custom made Bingo game. No matter the extreme thunderstorms or the extreme heat, we always had a blast. And who can ever forget the color run… I think I still have green in my hair!!
One thing Rakefet never gets wrong is Cook and Bake. Every time we come out of that room we don’t have any food with us because we finished it all! Our art projects were actual masterpieces. I hope you always have those Mezuzas hanging.
Now to my Girls,
I have watched you girls grow so much this summer; treating friends with respect and improving attitude and middos. I am so proud of you girls. You are all so kind, warm and caring. I hope you have an amazing year in school and remember all that we have done together.
