Boys Camp: Senior Division Week 8

Boys Camp: Senior Division Week 8

I Remember Every Moment

See you next Summer!

We can’t believe that it is already the 8th week of camp!

It has been an awesome summer and we’ve made memories that will last a lifetime. We interviewed our bunks asking them for some of their favorite memories from over the summer: Here are some of their answers:

Lamed Alef– We remember the dance party that our bunk had on Rosh Chodesh Tammuz.

Lamed Bais– We had a great time playing our very competitive bunk lineup games.

Lamed Gimmel– We remember the great times we had boating and playing in the sand.

Lamed Daled– We really liked when we got to go fishing, even sometimes when it wasn’t on the schedule.

Mem Alef- We enjoyed our bunk Color War as well as having Mordechai Shapiro in camp.

Mem Bais– We like how whenever we had football on the schedule, we played wiffle ball on the mini-field instead.

5A/6A– We have had really close games of baseball and enjoyed hanging out during ropes.

7UP– We had such an awesome time at Mountain Creek and can’t wait to do it again!

We are sure that the campers had many more favorite memories, but you will just have to ask them to tell you what they are.

Here are some of Dovi and Shlomo’s memories that really stand out:

-Shlomo remembers watching all of the smiling faces walking into our air-conditioned room on the first day of camp. It was nice to greet everyone and start off 8 weeks of awesomeness!

-Dovi remembers the excitement when he finally got to join us in the second-half of the summer.

-What better motivation to do your Parsha sheet than to have an awesome raffle every week? We also enjoyed running tzitzis and davening raffles. Congratulations to all of the winners!

-Did anyone lose this towel? What about these Crocs?  Anyone’s tzitzis? We must have held up tons of items. That is why it is important to write your name on everything.

-Mountain Creek was quite the trip! We also had a great time in the last week when we went to Sportime USA.

-Of course, we can’t forget our wonderful staff who worked hard every day to take care of our campers. Thank you to all of the counselors, JCs and rotators!

-Finally, we really appreciate how well everyone in the Division got along. We know that campers come from different schools, towns and even countries. Somehow, everyone still just meshes together, it’s amazing!

We would like to thank all of the parents for sending your children to Camp Regesh for the summer. We look forward to seeing everyone back next year!

Good Shabbos!
